Evening & Online Student Application Process

Midway University’s application process for our Evening & Online Undergraduate programs is simple. We have a convenient online application form that allows you to create an account and input or upload all your necessary information. This account will help you track your progress through the University’s application system. Papers forms are available for download if needed.
